MUMBAI- A vector based visual culture study
This is part of an assignment where we had to create a series of graphics that represent the visual culture most associated with a particular geographical location. The area that I chose to study was Mumbai and its local culture where every frame represents scenarios I most associate with the region.
The art style is inspired/ taken reference from the recent retrofuturism+brutalism inspired graphic style by boomranng studio.
FRAME 1- "Aamchi mumbai"
FRAME 2- Suhana safar =/= local train
FRAME 3- Its always CHAPPAL season
FRAME 4- Fir bhi dil hain BOLLYWOOD
FRAME 5- Traffic se bachna hain toh thodha udhna toh padega.
